Hidropress
Designed for manufacturing one and two layer tablets High production rotary tablet press for one and two layer tablets capable of manufacturing up to 240.000 tablets per hour.
This press is mounted on highly resistant steel tubular structures. It complies with cGMP standards. It can be used with B or D IPT tooling or European standards. It has an isolated compression area with negative pressure.
Although it is a two-stage compression machine, high production volumes can be achieved with low tangential speed in loading and pressing areas, with an increase in DWELL TIME. The Hidropress has a PLC equipped with a touch screen from which all operations can be conducted, such as weight, hardness and height setting, reducing risks to operators since there is no need to open and close interconnected safety doors. Main motor speed variation is controlled by means of a frequency inverter operated from the PLC. It has rotary forced feeders driven by independent motors. The whole turret head is driven by a worm and crown reducing box in oil bath and main axe lubrication is made by means of an oil return pump to box and filter.
It has pressure wheels mounted on large cylindrical roll bearings. It is easy to mount and dismantle with very few tools. Feeders are sealed and can be dismounted for easy cleaning and subsequent validation. It has wipper catches in upper and lower punches.
Software designed for high production. It includes automatic weight control with deviation correction, screen graphics and periodical printed registry.
All controls are handled from the touch screen luminous terminal. Control is registered and issues a warning in case of operations anomalies - broken punch, wrong size punch, grip, ejection strength, etc.
